The ILLMP is headed by the Workforce Development Board, a community-based, not-for-profit corporation which works with the community to identify trends and opportunities in the labour market. The Workforce Development Board publishes Workforce Focus, which focuses on emerging and established sectors and other employment trends in the Peterborough area.
